Every resident of our community is a member of the Home Owners Association. Non-mandatory yearly HOA dues are $150, and paid members have the benefit of contributing to the upkeep of our neighborhood.
Board member meetings are held from 7 p.m. the first Monday of each month in a community room at the First United Methodist Church, Heath. The Board does not meet in January and meeting times may change due to holidays. All community residents are welcome and encouraged to attend.
